Contacts vs Clients

In Clientary, a Client is a person, group, or company. In contrast, a Contact is an individual that is associated with a Client. In some cases, you may have one Contact for one Client, but the relationship between Contacts and Clients offers the flexibility to have multiple individuals grouped into a Client. Depending on your use of Clientary, a Contact may represent individuals at a company or individual contact points for a single person.

Each Contact is mainly identified by a unique email and each Contact may optionally be invited to log in to Clientary to access the Client Portal.

In Clientary, rather than changing the email of a client, the email is contained within the individual Contacts, so changing the email of the Contact is the appropriate way to change how Clients are contacted.
