Clientary supports storing Client payment information in "Payment Profiles". Currently, this functionality is supported in our Stripe integration. To save a payment profile for a client, there are several options:
- Have your client pay any invoice and have "Allow client managed Payment Profiles" turned on in your Stripe settings. When your client pays the invoice, they can save their credit card and manage it themselves.
- Invite your client into your portal. If Stripe is enabled and Payment Profiles are enabled, they can manage (create, delete, etc) their payment methods.
- Enter your client's credit card manually. If you have access to their card physically, you can enter the information under the "Payment Profiles" section of any Client.
Note that Payment Profiles can be credit cards or ACH accounts, depending on what you have enabled with Stripe.
